Who we are

The Santa Ubud Resort, Jalan Raya Petulu No.22, Ubud 80561, Bali, Indonesia. Registration number 2107220078041, 55900. “We”, “us” and “the resort” mean that property; “you” means the person making or holding a booking.

Bookings

Reservations made through this site are processed by our booking provider, SecureBookings (Hotel Link Solutions), on their own system. The rate, the payment terms and the cancellation policy shown to you at the moment of booking are the ones that apply, and they prevail over anything written on these pages. Read them before you confirm, and keep the confirmation email you receive.

A booking is confirmed only when you have received that confirmation. We may decline or cancel a reservation where it was made in error, where a rate was published incorrectly, or where payment cannot be taken — in which case anything already paid is refunded in full.

Rates

Rates are quoted per room, per night, in the currency shown by the booking engine, and vary by date and availability. Whether government tax and service charge are included is stated at checkout. Rates shown elsewhere on this site are indicative — the booking engine is the only current source.

Cancellation and changes

Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, shown before you pay. To change or cancel a booking, contact us at info@thesantaresort.com or +62 813-3733-1679 with your confirmation number, or use the link in your confirmation email. Bookings made through a third party — an online travel agent, an agency — must be changed through that third party.

Arrival and house rules

• Check-in: From 2:00 pm
• Check-out: Until 12:00 pm
• Children: All ages welcome
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Smoke-free, with a designated area

Guests are asked to present valid photo identification on arrival. We ask that noise be kept low after 10:00 pm out of respect for other guests and for the neighbouring village. Guests are responsible for the cost of any loss or damage to the property caused by them or by anyone in their party.

We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, for conduct that endangers or seriously disturbs other guests, our staff or the property.

Facilities

Facilities such as the pool, the restaurant and the spa may be closed for maintenance, for a private event, or in weather that makes their use unsafe. We will tell you as early as we can, but a temporary closure is not in itself grounds for a refund. Use of the pool and other facilities is at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we are not liable for loss of valuables left unattended, or for disruption caused by events outside our reasonable control — weather, volcanic activity, transport failure, power or water interruption, or the acts of public authorities.

This website

The text, photography and design of this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. We keep the information here accurate, but descriptions and photographs are illustrative: rooms, planting and furnishings change over time. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of Indonesia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
